Impression Kit: An impression kit can be selected from our options (and sent urgently if required) or existing imprints can be returned by email with a good quality jpeg/pdf image - either scanned or a sharp photo. We can also use any hospital prints, we don't need the originals or we can send impression kits direct to funeral directors if needed - just specify a different delivery address. Simply send a COPY of your prints by email (no originals required) to: sales@silverheartprints.co.uk.
Artwork previews are always sent for approval before engraving.
