EXPRESS DELIVERY UPGRADE
Our Express delivery service with Royal Special Mail (48 hour production and next day delivery).
Please note that the express service is a weekday service, there is no production or delivery over the weekends or bank holidays.
Artwork will be produced within 24 hours, production will take 48 hours and delivery will take 24 hours. The timeline starts at noon, so if orders are placed after noon it starts the next day at noon. This is because our suppliers have deadlines for express orders. In any event all express orders will be turned around as fast as possible.
Once we receive approval on your artwork we can proceed to the production stage. If we don't receive a quick artwork approval or if further revisions are required it can naturally extend the whole process. If artwork approval is received after noon the 48 hour production time starts the next day at noon due to supplier deadlines for production and postal collections.
If you don't receive your artwork please check your spam folder before contacting us on sales@silverheartprints.co.uk so we can send it to you again or to a different email address.
The express service is for production and delivery. Imprint kits are posted with standard post unless you need them urgently, in which case please contact us at sales@silverheartprints.co.uk when you place your order. We can also advise on how to take imprint at home quickly to save time instead of waiting for an imprint kit to arrive.
