Delivery Information

After your chosen piece is finished it will be packaged in our trendy gift boxes and sent to you using either Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) Â£6.50 or Royal Mail Signed For (uninsured) Â£3.75. The cost for each includes delivery of your Impression Kit by first class post, a pre-paid returns envelope (UK only) and your finished item sent by Special Delivery or Signed For Post. This also covers the cost to send one extra Impression Kit if required. We do recommend that you choose an insured delivery option (Royal Mail Special Delivery) as we are not responsible if items go missing (or are delayed) in transit.

These gift boxes open like an envelope with invisible magnetic fasteningsâ€¦no lids to remove or clips to unfasten. A beautiful way to present and open a precious gift. Our choker necklaces are carefully packaged in square giftboxes and held in place with sterling silver pin clips (note: boxes are not suitable for children for this reason).
